2014 March Break - Art & Craft Camps - at Bamboo Bay

March Break Art & Craft Camp Ages (4-12) March 10- March 14

At our school for creative expression, children can choose what they want to draw, paint or create. Our dedicated teachers are there to help with composition and technique while encouraging your child to develop his or her own style. Some of the exciting crafts to choose from include beading necklaces, decorating wooden toys, animal masks, origami and creating anything in your child’s imagination. We also include fun activities such as making homemade play-dough or making a lava lamp. Music and fun games complete your child’s creative experience. Every day is filled with creative fun!

Full Day Camp

Duration: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (Extended hours available)

Half-Day Camp

OPENING SOON - Play Creative Café!

Play. Create. Celebrate.

Play Café is a cozy, warm environment for children to create, explore, and play while allowing parents a little space for some much deserved “me-time”.

Our coffee bar offers specialty drinks for moms and dads and healthy snacks/drinks for kids. All refreshments are from local vendors/bakeries and coffees/teas are organic and/or fair trade.

The visually open play area will encourage children to be children. It is complete with a reading nook for infants and parent; creative area for crafts and special “DIY” workshops; and a spacious playspace.

For family celebrations, such as birthday parties or baby showers, Play will transform into a private party venue with trained staff to assist in all party essentials from setting up to cleaning up - two hours of supervised fun either structured with set agenda or just free-play with the use of the whole facility. At Play, we want families to experience a worry-free celebration.

NOW OPEN on South Bayview! Bamboo Bay Creative Studio!

Bamboo Bay is a small and friendly studio for creative expression. We offer art and craft classes for children ages 2-12 and piano lessons for ages 5 and up (adults welcome). We are the perfect location for your entire family to express themselves creatively whether it’s through art, crafts or music.

Our art & craft classes are designed to allow your child to learn self-confidence, independence, teamwork and patience. Your child is able to fully express themselves creatively because they get to choose what they want to draw, paint or create. Our dedicated teachers are there to help with composition and technique while encouraging your child to develop his or her own style. We also offer drop-in craft times for the entire family.

Our piano lessons teach the royal conservatory repertoire in a step-by-step and easy to understand approach. The glockenspiel, hand drums and maracas are used to teach rhythm while sight reading is taught by playing fun songs that are chosen by your child. We offer both private and small-group piano lessons.
